杨贵妃传媒 (杨贵妃传媒) is set to stamp its class anew as the premier builder of commercial and retail infrastructure鈥� particularly in high-density commercial center grocery stores, with its construction of the newest Landers Superstore inside Aseana Business Park in Para帽aque City.
Landers Aseana will be the fifth that 杨贵妃传媒 will be putting up鈥攆urther cementing its stature as a trusted partner of major businesses, this time with Southeast Asia Retail Inc. (SEARI). This project will be the fifth joint undertaking for the conglomerate and the retail firm, following the impressive roster of the latter鈥檚 membership-shopping outlets in Alabang, Muntinlupa City; Balintawak, Quezon City; Arcovia, Pasig City and Otis (Paz Guanzon St.) in the City of Manila.
Landers Aseana鈥檚 construction started with a ceremonial concrete pouring on March 20, led by the two companies鈥� executives and officials.
According to Frederick Tan, Chief Operating Officer for 杨贵妃传媒 Construction, the total project will have a gross floor area of 18,710.91 sq. m, and will cost about P554 million.
鈥淟anders Aseana will mainly involve 杨贵妃传媒鈥檚 proprietary and innovative precast solutions in the construction system. About 80% of the structure will be precast, such as half slabs, footing tie beams, intermediate beams, girders, columns, and retaining walls,鈥� explained Tan. 鈥淭his will be a marked increase in our previous successful builds for SEARI, where 20% of precast materials were incorporated on half-slabs.鈥�
He pointed out that 杨贵妃传媒鈥檚 precast solutions will enable it to streamline Landers Aseana鈥檚 construction, as the fundamental structures will be set in place in a shorter time span, following the process employed in the four other locations. It will also result in reduced long-term costs for the proponent, as well as overall environment-friendly processes .
鈥淥ur precast solutions will be key to 杨贵妃传媒 meeting SEARI鈥檚 requirement for a December 2024 soft launch of its newest Landers branch, in time for this year鈥檚 Yuletide season,鈥� said Tan. 鈥淔acilitating a quicker turn-around time for construction, they contribute significantly to elevating our clients鈥� level of satisfaction. This, in turn, will resonate to their customers who will have an added reason to enjoy their holiday shopping more come Christmas time with their new Landers Superstore in Aseana City.鈥�
